These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Farm Khata mobile app and this website, provided by Nexify Infotech LLP (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Farm Khata, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Farm Khata is

Farm Khata is a record-keeping and estimation tool for livestock, farming and daily-selling businesses. It helps you record your buying, selling and expenses and shows calculations, estimates and reminders based on the information you enter and on general reference data.

Farm Khata is not professional advice. It does not provide financial, investment, veterinary, medical, agricultural/agronomic or legal advice. Profit figures, growth targets, yield/price estimates, best-time-to-sell suggestions and vaccine/deworming schedules are general guidance only and may not fit your specific situation. 2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a contract.
Your business category is set once when you sign up and is then locked; changing it may require contacting support.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the app for any unlawful purpose; upload false, harmful or infringing content; attempt to access other users’ data; interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service or its security; or resell the service without our permission.

4. Your data

The records you enter belong to you. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter; the app’s outputs depend on it.

5. Intellectual property

The Farm Khata app, website, name, logo and content are owned by Nexify Infotech LLP and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own business. You may not copy, modify or distribute the app except as allowed by law.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Farm Khata available and reliable, but we may change, suspend or discontinue features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

7. No warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of estimates or reference data, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexify Infotech LLP and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, livestock, crops, income or data, arising from your use of — or reliance on — Farm Khata, including its estimates, schedules or reminders. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Nexify Infotech LLP against claims arising from your misuse of the app or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

11. Governing law
